Carlos Tevez: "I'm dreaming about winning the Libertadores, I want to be there on Saturday"

The striker started against Patronato in the Superliga and received the biggest cheer from La Bombonera ahead of the clash with River Plate next weekend

Carlos Tevez took advantage of the chance handed to him by Guillermo Barros Schelotto. A week away from the Libertadores final against River, Tevez started for Boca versus Patronato in the Argentina Superliga and La Bombonera bowed to his feet. The striker, more than anything else, wants to play in CONMEBOL Libertadores final at El Monumental on Saturday.

"I'm happy because the team played well. Anyone could play on Saturday, I think it's open for everyone," said 'Apache'. "I'm feeling really good, happy, as these are the games you love to play in and I'm enjoying this moment a lot."

The supporters at La Bombonera applauded Tevez's performance against Patronato. "The people know the responsibility I feel for them and I'm going to give everything, with the guys, as we keep marching forwards. I've always dreamed of being a champion. The dream is still in tact and for that reason I want to be involved on Saturday."
